Rules

Dates
- Knocks run from October 22 to the end of November 13, 2026 (UTC).
- The door opens Tuesday, November 10. From then on, each knock opens to a trick or a treat.
- Spooky Ranks close at the end of Friday, November 13. Winners are announced Friday, November 13. Rewards go out Saturday, November 14.
Knocks, up to 13
- 1 for signing up.
- 1 for posting your Spooky card on X.
- 2 for creating a market on POV: the first one you create during the campaign. They count once you've made a trade on POV, of any size.
- 1 for each UTC day you trade $5 or more on POV, buying or selling, up to 9 days. Your first trade is day one.
- Knocks for signing up and your card count once you make your first move on POV: a trade of any size, a market you create, or a comment.
- Your card's knocks need X: connect it to have your post checked, from an X account 30+ days old with 10+ followers.
- Invites don't give knocks. They earn candies (see Spooky Ranks).
Behind each knock
- Each knock reveals a trick or a treat. A treat is worth up to $500. One treat per person.
- Half the treats are in play the night the door opens; the rest are added each day until November 13.
- Every reveal is drawn at random on our servers.
- There's nothing to claim. A treat you win, and a Spooky Ranks prize, will be credited to your POV account before the end of November.
Spooky Ranks
- Everyone is ranked by candies.
- 1 candy for every $1 you trade on POV, buying or selling.
- 50 candies for each friend who joins through your link, once they've traded $5 or more on POV during the campaign.
- The top 100 share $7,000: #1 $1,500, #2 $1,000, #3 $500, #4–10 $100, #11–25 $70, #26–100 $30.
- Ties go to whoever joined first.
Fair play
- One person, one account. Sign in with the POV account you trade on.
- Buys and sells on POV both count as trading.
- One treat per POV wallet, and a wallet counts for the first account it trades for.
- Accounts found farming or automating are flagged: they win no treats and no prizes.
- Treats and prizes are paid after a review.
Questions
Do I need to connect a wallet?
No. You sign in with your POV account, the same way you do on POV, and its trades count. If you sign in there with a wallet, you can here too: it only signs a sign-in message.
Do I need X?
No. You can sign up, trade and climb Spooky Ranks without it, as a ghost (like Ghost #3F4A1). Connect X only to have your Spooky card's post checked.
Why are my knocks waiting?
Knocks for signing up and your Spooky card count once you've made your first move on POV: a trade of any size, a market you create, or a comment. It keeps throwaway accounts from farming knocks.
Do invites give knocks?
No. Each friend who joins through your link and trades earns you candies for Spooky Ranks.
Why doesn't my friend count yet?
They need your link before their first trade, and they count once they've traded $5 or more on POV during the campaign. Until then they show as "not yet".
My trade isn't showing up.
Trades show up within a minute. They count for the POV account you signed in with here, so trade from that same account on POV.
Where's my treat?
Nothing to claim. It will be credited to your POV account before the end of November. Check it on pov.co.
